This course is ideal for anyone who is wanting to learn the main elements of hypnobirthing to help support a calm birth experience. Perhaps you want a refresher in hypnobirthing or you'd like to learn the basics but don't want to commit to undertake a full hypnobirthing course, then this is the class for you. During the 4 hours you will learn all you need to know about the basics of hypnobirthing, how it works and how to use the techniques to help you have a calm and confident birth. The main areas we cover include; - What hypnobirthing is and how it works - Hypnobirthing techniques to help you to remain calm in childbirth - Ways to create a positive mindset for birth - Relaxation and breathing exercises for pregnancy and birth - The importance of hormones in birth and how to safeguard these - The role of the birth partner - The importance of preparing your birth environment - Decision making tools to help you make informed birth choices that are right for you and your baby But that's not all, everyone who signs up to the intensive class will also receive hypnobirthing goodies worth over €50. These include an online workbook to help you further develop the skills that you'll learn on the course, a hypnobirthing book, relaxation MP3s, affirmation cards and additional hypnobirthing scripts to help get you started on your hypnobirthing journey. Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS - Birth With Confidence Hypnobirthing 1. Booking A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled the teacher will promptly refund all monies. 2. Participant Cancellation The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made. 3. Course Cancellation The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase. 4. Intellectual property Any recording or written material included as part of this course or arising from this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof. 5.
