Postpartum Doula Packages
Postpartum doula services are designed to support new mothers during the postpartum period. During your postpartum care I offer emotional and practical support to help you adjust to your new role and care for your newborn. I am DoulaCare Ireland qualified and Garda vetted.

Baby Massage Classes
Baby massage classes allow you the opportunity to connect and bond with your baby through nurturing touch. Each week you will learn new techniques that will build to a full body massage by the end of the course. See below to learn more about upcoming classes.
