Postpartum Doula Packages
Postpartum doula services are designed to support new mothers during the postpartum period. During your postpartum care I offer emotional and practical support to help you adjust to your new role and care for your newborn. I am DoulaCare Ireland qualified and Garda vetted.

Welcome Home
Support over two weeks

The Fourth Trimester
Support for the first three months

Tender Loving Care
Support for when extra hospital time is required
Starting from €950

3 x 45 min educational / virtual support calls to be used in first 8 weeks

4 home visits, each of 4 hour duration spread over a 6 week period

1 hour session of 'nurturing touch' massage, this is suitable to be used with premature / special needs babies and those in hospital.
Extra Hands
Support for when you're home alone
Starting from €1,225
